Campolino Alves, 300, Sala 711 Box 20, Capoeiras, Florianópolis / SC, CEP 88.085-110, Brazil. By completing your purchase and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. The Service
Detox 10X is a premium digital module of the Stylo Maison ecosystem designed to support daily wellness routines through tracking, guided rituals, curated recipes and a personalized dashboard. The Service is delivered exclusively online and does not include any physical product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase and use the Service. By accepting these Terms, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
3. Purchase, Price and Payment
The Service is offered as a one-time purchase of €37.00 presented exclusively on the post-checkout upsell page. Payments are processed by our authorized payment providers. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
4. License to Use
Upon confirmed payment, HN Digital Group grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use Detox 10X for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share account credentials, reverse engineer, decompile or exploit the Service in any manner not expressly authorized.
5. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@hndigitalgroup.online in case of any unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the platform.
- Do not upload malicious code or infringe the intellectual property of third parties.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available in Detox 10X — including protocols, recipes, illustrations, texts, logos, interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of HN Digital Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
8. Health Disclaimer
Detox 10X is a wellness companion and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new nutritional, hydration or lifestyle protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical treatment or have any pre-existing condition.
9. Availability
We continually work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Occasional maintenance, updates or third-party incidents may temporarily impact availability.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use Detox 10X ends immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN Digital Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The updated version will always be published on this page with a revised date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Florianópolis / SC, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
